The Australian Nursing & Midwifery Federation (ANMF) is the union for Registered Enrolled Nurses, Registered Nurses, Registered Midwives, Registered Undergraduate Students of Nursing & Midwifery (RUSON/M), Assistant in Nursing (AIN) & Patient Care Assistants (PCA) throughout all states & territories of Australia.
When you join the NT Branch, you are part of the National ANMF with over 321,000 members.
The NT Branch have
3500 financial members and we are proud of the work that you undertake everyday, within every health setting, every hospital, nursing homes, GP clinic’s, and rural, remote and very remote community health clinics’.
Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII) of up to $10 million in any one claim and in the aggregate (with four reinstatements).
Public Liability $10 million any one occurrence.
This is a requirement of your AHPRA registration to have PII.
Your Membership fees are tax deductible.
We are the Industrial and Professional Body in the time of need. Get the support you need when you need to deal with work place issues, individual issues, managers, colleagues, Coroner’s, OH&S issues and AHPRA.
ANMF NT Office will support you, in your individual or workplace issues. Obtain legal representation, if and when required.
We will lobby on your behalf with the Federal and NT Government for improved conditions for Nurses and Midwives – be involved and have a say in the health policy. Let your voice be heard in the direction of your union.
